We have transformed this charming coastal home by adding a spacious Media Room off the existing Dining area, designed to enhance both functionality and style. The new room features a stunning high raked ceiling that invites an airy, open feel, complemented by classic VJ wall paneling for a timeless coastal aesthetic. The flooring is finished with beautiful bamboo, adding warmth and a natural touch.

From the Media Room, large stacker doors open seamlessly onto a generous Spotted Gum deck, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The deck continues the design theme with matching VJ paneling and high raked ceilings, further accentuated by striking feature trusses that add architectural interest and a sense of sophistication.

The outdoor entertaining area flows effortlessly into the backyard, where it overlooks a stunning new pool. The pool area has been beautifully finished with luxurious tumbled travertine tiles and surrounded by sleek frameless glass fencing, creating an elegant yet practical space for family and friends to enjoy.
