What started as a planned renovation in Mountain Creek turned into a stunning knock-down rebuild! Our clients fell in love with this sought-after Sunshine Coast location but wanted a home that truly matched their lifestyle. Transforming the dated property into a modern, bespoke home was the perfect solution.

Using the original 30-year-old foundation as our base, we built new frames, trusses, and essentially reimagined the home from the ground up. The result is a contemporary masterpiece with an entirely fresh look and feel. Upon entering, the inviting hallway leads to an expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with a spacious butler’s pantry and servery. The striking island bench, adorned with elegant pendant lighting, is a true centerpiece.

Designed for versatility, the home embraces dual living, with the indoor dining space seamlessly flowing into the outdoor dining area and pool. The property features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double garage, and a large, centrally located media room. The main bedroom is an absolute standout, overlooking the pool and lake. It includes a beautiful walk-through robe with modern cabinetry tucked behind a sleek wall divider, leading to a luxurious ensuite with frameless shower screens and stylish tiles.
